How to migrate a mailbox Log into M365 Admin Console Use your SA account. Navigate to the Exchange Admin Access Migration In Exchange Admin, go to the Migration tab. Add Migration Batch Click on Add migration batch. Enter the migration batch name (it can be anything, usually the name of the mailbox being migrated). Set the migration path to: Migration to Exchange Online > Click Next. Select Migration Type Choose Remote move migration > Click Next. Prerequisites for Remote Migration On the “Prerequisites for remote migration” window, click Next. Select Migration Endpoint Choose Zywave_OnPrem_2022 (it’s the only option) > Click Next. Add User Mailbox(es) Select Manually add users to migrate.Click in the box and select the mailboxes available to migrate. Choose your user and click Next. Move Configuration Select the target delivery domain: zywave.mail.onmicrosoft.com (it’s the only choice) > Click Next. Schedule Batch Migration Enter your email address. Ensure Automatically start and complete options are checked > Click Save. Completion Notification You’ll receive an email when the mailbox migration is complete.
