Windows Password Reset - User Experience
Password reset notification
You will receive a password reset notification 10 days before your password expires. Below are the instructions on how to change your password.
Notes:
- If the password is already expired, you won't be able to change it this way.
- If the password was set within the past day, you cannot change it this way.
- From your Zywave laptop, hit CTRL + ALT + Delete and choose "Change a password"
- In the USERNAME section you should see "ZYWAVE\USERNAME
- Type in your current Zywave password
- Type your new Zywave password in the "New Password" Line and "Confirm Password" Line
- Hit "Enter" on your keyboard or click on the arrow icon to enter new password
- You Should get a confirmation once the password is changed
