Reset WD19/WD22 Docking Station

Sometimes docking stations have performance issues, or cause some other issues with the peripherals attached to the dock. One bit of troubleshooting for the docking station would be to reset the dock entirely.

1. Unplug power from docking station

2. Undock laptop, if not already undocked

3. Hold power button on the docking station down for 20 seconds.

4. Plug power back into the docking station

5. Redock laptop into the docking station

This process may cause some of the attached devices to lose recognition from the dock. If your peripherals aren't working, try unplugging them from the docking station and plugging them back in, which would reinstall the device.
